Hey All!

Went to Salt Lake City, Utah to do a PBR for Lazy E productions. I want to thank Robert Simpson and Jennifer Nance for a great event. Our crowds were a little light both nights but the event was fantastic. I went in early and along with my buddy Cody Whitney we did media from 5:30 a.m. until 3 in the afternoon! It was a long day but Jennifer and Cody were fun to hang out with! I also got to stop by Badlands backpacks’ offices and visit with them. For those who don’t know they make the best hunting packs on the market and are one of my sponsors. So I want to thank them and especially Sherri Weaver for everything they have done for me. I am home now for a couple of months, the longest break I have had in three years! I just bought a house here in town so I’ll be busy with that. I am also, along with my new business partner Terry Honkanen, getting ready to launch rocketryanoutdoors.com, a hardcore western hunting resource site complete with a booking agency, tag application service and tons of info on do it yourself western hunts too! Please keep a look out for that and drop us a line to tell us how you like the new site! Well luckily for me Turkey season opens soon and as I’m stuck at home I will have time to do some hunting this spring! I have a hunt planned with my good friend Trevon Stolzfus, who is an outdoor writer and TV host. We are going to do some filming and hunting together with the outfitter I guide for in the fall, Trophies West. Hope everyone has a good spring and keep the emails coming!
